Had a wonderful time at #bookclublive celebrating Her Heart for a Compass with Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, Marguerite Kaye, Historical Romance Writer and Adele Parks. It was brilliant to hear Sarah and Marguerite talk about their collaboration on their book and to see the Mills & Boon team in person at last, not over Zoom! The event took place at the News Building in London, with a drinks reception with panoramic views of the city, followed by an enlightening conversation which covered what it means to write for Mills & Boon (proud moment for me!), to the research into Sarah’s own life and heritage for her debut novel.
