I’ve been celebrating today as I signed a collaboration contract this week for a new series for Mills & Boon called The Waterloo Season, which I’m writing with author friends Virginia Heath, Lucy Morris Writes Romance and Ella Matthews author. It’s a bit of a pinch-me moment for me – getting to work on a series of books with some of my favourite authors.
It’s a Regency, so a little different to my usual Vikings… It’s about four friends who are back from the war and struggling to readjust to normal life. Mine is an enemies to lovers story about Lord Ezra Hart, who has a tortured past, and a French émigrés called Séraphine, who feels she doesn’t fit into life in the Ton. I’m really enjoying writing it so far… The four books will come out just one month apart, starting with Virginia Heath’s in early 2025… I’ll keep you posted!
